Обязанности:
• Manage full-funnel metrics: from first lead to loan issuance
• Main KPIs include cost per issued loan and conversion rate
Требования:
• 3+ years of experience in growth/performance for products with clear unit economics
• Experience in fintech, banks, e-commerce, marketplaces
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage full-funnel metrics from lead generation to loan issuance
• Understanding of cost per issued loan and conversion rates
